#26: Ransom (Fearful Decision) (1956)

“The 2012 Movie challenge . To watch at least 150 movies during this year.”
Movie #26 – 24 January 2012
Ransom (Fearful Decision) (USA – 1956) Directed by Alex Segal

This interesting story unfolds with pace and gets the spectator captivated all the way through. We share the anxieties of these parents for the uncertain fate of their kidnapped son. Directed very well, good script and, probably, too theatrical and over the top performances by some actors. I am still undecided what to think of Glen Ford and Leslie Neilson in this movie (too much or just real?). Nevertheless, the film got me engaged from the beginning until the end.
